Our rankings are calculated from objective, public signals — never from paid placement, user reviews, or owner self-reporting alone.
We score every approved tool on 7 axes:
- Capability (25%) — features, integrations, API
- Trust (20%) — verification, domain age, safety record
- Momentum (15%) — traffic and update frequency
- Affordability (15%) — pricing and free options
- Ease of Use (10%) — friction to start
- Support (10%) — docs, community, responsiveness
- Freshness (5%) — recency of approval and updates
Rankings refresh before the weekly digest so users receive the latest Top 10 every Thursday at 8am UTC.
Paid Pro/Verified subscribers get badges, featured placement, and newsletter inclusion — but paid status cannot push a tool into Top 10. Trust Score below 50 disqualifies a tool from rankings regardless of payment.
